Is the pork pasture-raised?
Yes. Our pigs are raised on pasture and cared for responsibly, resulting in flavorful, high-quality pork you can feel good about feeding your family. They've been outdoors full time, rooting and rolling with plenty of water and GMO free, chemical free feed.
Can I customize what’s inside the pack?
These packs are pre-balanced to ensure fair distribution and smooth processing. While we don’t offer full customization, each pack is designed to include the cuts families use most often.
What if I’ve never bought bulk meat before?
That’s exactly why these packs exist. They’re structured to feel manageable, not overwhelming. Cuts are practical, portion sizes are realistic, and everything is labeled for easy cooking.
Is the pork frozen? How long will it last in my freezer?
Every item is frozen at the butcher and kept frozen for your pick up. Vacuum-sealed pork can last 12 months or longer when kept properly frozen. For best flavor and quality, we recommend using it within a year.
